In injunction or restraining order is a command by the court. If an injunction has been entered against you, you either are limited in your contact with another person, or prohibited from having contact with that person. Failing to attend the class can result in a violation of probation charge or a contempt charge from the court. This is in addition to any jail time or other sanctions imposed by the court. Domestic cases are first degree misdemeanors punishable by up to one year in the county jail.
